A guided art and healing workshop using watercolor and doodling techniques to explore life’s unexpected losses.
No art experience required—just an open heart and a willingness to reflect.
You’ll experience:
A safe space to express disappointment, betrayal, or grief
This workshop isn’t about fixing—it’s about feeling. You’ll be surrounded by understanding hearts in a calming, judgment-free environment where you can release what you’ve been holding in.
Connection with others who’ve also felt the rug pulled from under them
You’re not alone. By sharing this creative experience with others, you’ll find community, compassion, and the reminder that healing can happen together.
Creative prompts that help release emotions without needing the perfect words
Using doodles and watercolor, we’ll guide you through gentle exercises that allow your heart to speak—even when your voice can’t find the words.
A sense of release—and the first steps toward healing
As you put brush to paper, you’ll begin to let go of the heaviness you’ve been carrying. This gentle process can spark powerful shifts, helping you walk away feeling lighter, seen, and supported.
How to Prepare for the Workshop
